Located in front of the historic City Hall (Rathaus), the Basel City market (Stadtmarkt) is a colourful event, offering an abundance of delicacies and specialities such as vegetables and fruits, flowers, sausages, mushrooms, honey, baked goods, tea and much more. A cup of coffee, a delicious lunch and cosy seating complete the market. The market has a long tradition and is situated at the heart of Basel in an exclusive business area.
